AA Kitchen Studio, Hollywood Road
is a restaurant in Hong Kong taken over by AA every Summer for Summer School , where it is a studio space at day and an experimental restaurant at night. The space is designed to accommodate both day and nighttime programmes which are merged to allow efficient movement and working process.
